How does the queue work?Paano ang pila at pagkuha ng numero?

Walk-ins are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. You may call or text 0961 617 8502 in advance to secure a slot number. If you have a slot number and arrive early for your clinic session, you are prioritized according to your assigned number. A queue number does not guarantee an exact consultation time.

Para sa mga walk-in, mauuna ang unang dumating. Maaari kang tumawag o mag-text nang maaga upang kumuha ng slot number. Kung may nakuhang numero at maaga kang darating sa clinic, bibigyan ka ng prayoridad ayon sa iyong numero. Ang numero ay puwesto sa pila, hindi eksaktong oras ng konsultasyon.

How much is the consultation?Magkano ang pagpapatingin?

A first-time basic consultation is ₱400. The total fee varies by case. Additional tests or examinations, such as dilation, retinoscopy, and refraction, may have separate charges. PWD and senior citizen discounts apply.

Ang unang basic na konsultasyon ay ₱400. Maaaring mag-iba ang kabuuang bayad depende sa kaso. Maaaring may hiwalay na bayad ang karagdagang pagsusuri gaya ng dilation (pagpapalaki ng balintataw), retinoscopy, at refraction (pagsukat ng grado). May diskuwento para sa PWD at senior citizen.

What payment methods are accepted?Ano ang mga paraan ng pagbabayad?

We accept GCash, Maya (PayMaya), MariBank, GoTyme, and bank transfers to BDO and BPI. Credit card payments are not accepted at this time.

Tumatanggap kami ng GCash, Maya (PayMaya), MariBank, GoTyme, at bank transfer sa BDO at BPI. Hindi pa tumatanggap ng bayad gamit ang credit card sa ngayon.

Do you accept HMOs?Tumatanggap ba kayo ng HMO?

The eye clinic does not accept HMOs at this time.

Hindi pa tumatanggap ng HMO ang eye clinic sa ngayon.

Is there clinic on holidays or weekends?May clinic ba kapag holiday o weekend?

There is no clinic on holidays or weekends. Regular sessions are on Wednesdays and Thursdays, except holidays. Please call or text before travelling to confirm the schedule.

Walang clinic kapag holiday, Sabado, o Linggo. Ang regular na clinic ay tuwing Miyerkules at Huwebes, maliban kung holiday. Tumawag o mag-text muna bago bumiyahe upang makumpirma ang iskedyul.
